Phase 1 Complete. I'm teaching Maili to get me a beer from the fridge. Phase 1 I taught her to pick up a beer and bring it back to me. She was wary of putting the glass in her mouth so the first day I rewarded her for just touching it when I said "beer". This time I rewarded her for mouthing it and then I rewarded her for running over and picking it up. At the end I stood the beer upright and at first she barreled it over, but after a couple tries she gently picked it up. Phase 2 will be opening the fridge door.
