Meaning it's not going to stick around cluttering the house, but can easily be consumed and used. For every 1/2 cup of sugar, it's good to have around 2-3 tablespoons of oil. I like sweet almond oil, but you could use olive, coconut, or whatever you have on hand. This is a flexible recipe so you can use any jar you have! Sugar is supper easy to find without plastic as it typically comes in a paper bag. Just remember to compost that bag when you're done with it! Oils also typically come in a glass bottle making the DIY easy to keep zero waste / plastic free.
