I met Cuahutémoc Morfin while walking the streets of East Pilsen. He's a 28-year resident of the area and a former and future candidate for Alderman in the 25th Ward. In the first part of a two-part video Morfin talks about some of the issues facing East Pilsen, its welcoming attitude toward new residents and the block party he graciously invited me to attend.
