This is one of those "Licensed Games" (meaning the slot machine manufacturer leases the game to the casino) that is aimed at casual drunk players looking for a little diversion between parties in Vegas.  Such players (maybe you?) never read the rules, and so it won't bother then that there are two dozen pages of rules to read if they did read them.

Instead, the idea of games like this one is to entertain.  You won't win big, except for a rare chance at it.  You spin and sit back while talking to your friends.  Suddenly something happens and you shout out "Great!" followed by "I don't have a clue what just happened."  When you hit a bonus, you just poke at the screen and watch in confusion while saying things like "this better be good", or "I've seen this one before and it sucked".  That last phrase is the reason why these games have so many different types of bonuses.  "Collect all five!"  If you get bored of the game, maybe you'll get a different bonus.  You keep pouring money in because there is that one bonus that you are curious about, but somehow haven't managed to trigger.

And so it goes while you wait for the cocktail waitress to bring you that drink you ordered 15 minutes ago.  Suddenly you realize that you just ran out of $100 bills.
