A 16 Volts 1000µF Capacitor under ballast of 4.6 kW was subjected to an overvoltage varying between 30 and 240 Volts AC. Caution !! 240 Volts Mains Voltages are involved here, and proper isolation must be applied before touching any wiring. e.g. removing plug from source.
