- Paciente de 33 años con alopecia DPA NW IV, y en tratamiento con finasteride hace 9 meses. Donante normal,  estrategia en una cirugía para restaurar frontal y coronilla.

Donante con las siguientes características:

· Temporal: 56 micras de pelo; 71 UF/cm2; 180 pelos/cm2; 2,54 pelos/UF; CV de 10,08

· Parietal: 57 micras; 73 UF/cm2; 188 pelos/cm2; 2,58 pelos/UF; CV de 10,72

· Occipital: 58 micras; 75 UF/cm2; 194 pelos/cm2; 2,59 pelos/UF; CV de 11,25

TDA (área donante total) de 239 cm2 y TDC (capacidad donante total) de 8675 grafts (a 2,57 pelos/graft= 22258 pelos TDHC= total donor hair capacity).

Se realiza intervención de 3601 grafts (9066 pelos) para restaurar 79 cm2 de frontal y mid scalp (44 graft/cm2) y 48 de coronilla, a una media de 2,52 pelos/graft (335 singles; 1479 dobles; 1400 triples; 362 cuádruples, 25 quíntuple). Punch de 0.85 mm.

El video muestra la evolución y crecimiento temprano a los 5 meses.

This 33 yo patient has an aggressive alopecia DPA NW IV. Have been with finasteride the last 6 months. Due his age we advised to wait and control him at 12 months and plan the procedure 18 months after he started with the medical treatment.

Donor area with the following characteristics:

· Temporal: 56 microns of hair; 71 FU/cm2; 180 hairs/cm2; 2,54 hairs/FU; CV of 10,08

· Parietal: 57 microns; 73 FU/cm2; 188 hairs/cm2; 2,58 hairs/FU; CV of 10,72

· Occipital: 58 microns; 75 FU/cm2; 194 hairs/cm2; 2,59 hairs/FU; CV of 11,25

TDA (total donor area) of 239 cm2  and TDC (total donor capacity) of 8675 grafts (at 2,57 hairs/graft= 22258 hairs TDHC= total donor hair capacity).

We extracted 3601 grafts (9066 hairs) to restore 79 cm2 (44 grafts/cm2) in frontal third and 48 cm2 at crown area, at an average of 2,52 hairs/graft (335 singles; 1479 doubles; 1400 triples; 362 cuadruples, 25 quintuple). Punch of 0.85mm.
