We gave professional chef Naomi a mystery bag with 4 ingredients found on sale at our local HEB grocery store in Austin, TX. Naomi had 30 minutes to prepare one dish that included all 4 mystery ingredients. Her final dish was a "Sausage & fish egg roll w/ Big Red dipping sauce". We brought the egg rolls to a live comedy show, and invited the audience on stage to taste and review the food. Overwhelmingly, the audience decided that though the dish sounded weird, it tasted great. Congrats, Naomi.
