A ninth class student from Uttarakhand’s Haridwar committed suicide by shooting himself with his father’s service revolver. According to police official Sanjeev Thapilyal, the victim Satwik was suffering from a chronic disease named ‘ticks’ because of which he went to depression and thus committed the act. The incident has send shocks among the locals when the got to know about the incident. Students now a days are immense pressure to perform in examinations and many a times this pressure drives them to take drastic actions. Watch this video to know more about the incident.
