A six-month Politico investigation reports Chinese companies are actively looking to acquire and invest in U.S. startups that are working on technology that is vital to the U.S. military and economy. According to Politico, the U.S. Committee on Foreign Investment is not adequately staffed to review all investments that could pose national security threats to the United States.
