In this puzzle, you have to avoid the thwomp activating the P-Switch block underneath it. You need that P-Switch block to activate a bomb and break through to the key door. You must also not blow up the turnblock that despawns the thwomp since it will block access to the key door. To do so, you must get the turnblock turning when the bomb explodes as blocks that are turning will not be destroyed by bombs. While this is the main mechanic in the puzzle, the hardest part for me to figure out was actually the start - you have to reset with the P-Switch active to get the red koopa to spawn.
