This is Bbeltdan and welcome to part 3 of another puppet tutorial. This time I am going to make a fully functional, cable operated puppet head modeled after the Skeksis from the film; The Dark Crystal. The plan is to have the head to be able to blink, talk, snarl while also having full neck and eye movement. In this episode, I continue to add functionality to the head and make progress on the control arm.
