Ina Haseneyer is a technical artist at the company SMS Demag in Hilchenbach. Now 27, she's always thought that her line of work was immune to financial crises, and SMS is the world's leading builder of steelworks. But the company has also started feeling the pinch, with orders declining since Autumn. Ina Hasenheyer is pinning her hopes on further qualifications, and spending her nights at evening school training as a technician.
