Chasing NS 4635 and 7116 on the B11 Local 11/17/16

I chased the B11 local around for a little bit in Streator, then photographed a bunch of crossings to the west. Afterwards, I returned to Streator and found the B11 about to leave. Got lucky with this having one of the few unrebuilt GP59s left on the roster.
