United Nation Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has convened a Summit on Climate Change  on 22 September 2009  to focus Heads of State and Government on the need for urgent action on a global climate deal in Copenhagen this December.  The Summit featured several innovative elements. The Summit featured several innovative elements.
