After years of dealing with car crash injuries, Flatbroke finally returns to the AT 100% recovered. The AT is mostly on National Park Service land -- which permits camping only at designated sites -- from Va. 652 to Va. 624, which means that '14 miles' could have been shrunk to 7 if I had stayed at John Spring Shelter.
