Trade and Industry Minister Rob Davies says every effort must be made to boost local manufacturing, create black industrialists and make South Africa technologically advanced, so that it can benefit from the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Davies was speaking at the Progressive Business Forum breakfast this morning, which took place on the side lines of the ANC elective conference in Nasrec, south of Johannesburg.
