It features interviews with HOME grantees, project developers, and HOME-assisted homeowners and residents in Anne Arundel County, Md.; Cambridge, Mass.; Columbus, Ohio; Greensboro, N.C.; Montgomery County, Md.; Ontario, Calif. and Shiprock, N.M.  The HOME Program is administered by the Office of Community Planning and Development (CPD).
