Chefe da Assessoria Internacional da Secretaria-Geral da Presidência da República, é diplomata, poeta, escritor, fotógrafo e professor. Estudou medicina e introdução à ciência política na USP e relações internacionais e direito na PUC-SP, sendo mestre em diplomacia pelo Instituto Rio Branco, do Ministério das Relações Exteriores. É professor visitante de relações internacionais da PUC-SP e da Unesp. Como diplomata, serviu na Bolívia, na África e em missões do Brasil junto à ONU, em Genebra, na Suíça. Atuou na Secretaria de Direitos Humanos da Presidência da República, tendo sido secretário-executivo do Programa de Governo. Membro do Conselho Editorial da revista Ágora Brasil, da Faculdade de Ciências Sociais da PUC-SP, é autor de artigos sobre direitos humanos, política e diplomacia, poemas e exposições fotográficas.
 
Head of the International Advisory Body of the Secretary-General of the Presidency of the Republic, Komniski is a diplomat, poet, writer, photographer and professor. He studied medicine and introduction to political science at the University of São Paulo (USP) and law and international relations at the Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), and he holds a Masters in diplomacy from the Rio Branco Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Relations. He is a visiting professor of international relations at PUC-SP and the São Paulo State University (Unesp). As a diplomat, he has served in Bolivia, Africa and on Brazilian diplomatic missions at the UN in Geneva, Switzerland. He has worked for the Human Rights Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic, as executive secretary of the Government Program. He is a member of the Editorial Council of the Ágora Brasil magazine and the Social Sciences Faculty of PUC-SP. He is the author of articles on human rights, politics and diplomacy, and he has published poems and had photographic exhibitions.
