I've recently been playing a lot of Dark Souls, this picture is the result of the fact that when dealing with larger bosses the safest place is often right under them. Dodging an attack and immediately drinking estus in this situation often leads to healing yourself whilst up basically up said demon's arse. I imagine the demon would take a dim view of this. I chose the Taurus Demon for the picture because he was the boss fight where I finally got a handle on the game and noticed the phenomenon.
