Joint investigation launched after fatal house fire

A joint investigation has been launched into this morning's fatal fire in northern Guam at the Harmon Industrial Park, as a man was found dead in the rubble.  Though he's yet to be identified, an autopsy performed this afternoon determined he died of asphyxia due to soot and carbon monoxide inhalation. Fire investigators are now looking into the cause of the fire, with police also looking into whether there was any foul play.
