Indonesia quake survivor recounts his escape

Search teams have been deployed to Mount Rinjani, a volcano on the island of Lombok, Indonesia, where more than 500 hikers and guides have stranded by landslides. Tonnes of rock and mud were dislodged on the mountain in the 6.4-magnitude quake, which struck early Sunday and was followed by scores of aftershocks, leaving hundreds hikers with no easy way down to safety. While dozens made it down safely (pictured left and right) helicopters are now being used to rescue those who remain on the slopes.
