Day 6 Brain Training at Home Experiment 🧠 I’ll be doing short video updates on my progress each day on my neurofeedback training at home experiment for March 2018. Today’s update is how I messed up and couldn't do my brain training session today as I hadn't cleaned the EEG cap well enough and had used too much gel. This caused interference in the signal so the software couldn't get clean brain signals Lesson learnt clean your EEG cap after every neurofeedback session.
