One man was killed and two people were injured in a shooting that took place at an office complex in Phoenix on Wednesday morning. Officials have identified the shooter as 70-year-old Arthur D. Harmon. His motives were unclear, but witnesses say they saw Harmon take out a gun and begin firing after getting into an argument with someone in the lobby of the office complex. Witnesses say they heard as many as 10 shots being fired. Harmon fled the scene in his car and reportedly fired another shot at someone who was trying to follow him to get his license plate number. SWAT teams and armored vehicles were sent to Harmon's house about seven miles away from the office complex. No one was at the home when they arrived, authorities said. The man who was killed in the incident has been identified as Steve Singer, 48. A 43-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman were injured at the scene and sent to the hospital for treatment. The man was reportedly in critical condition.
