On February 20-21, 2016 the inaugural KINSTRETCH™ Instructor certification will be taking place at the NIKE World Headquarters in Portland. Look for facilities offering KINSTRETCH™ in your area shortly thereafter. What is KINSTRETCH™? Developed by Dr. Andreo Spina, KINSTRETCH™ is a class based training system which looks to improve body control, flexibility, mobility, and joint health using scientifically guided principles. All KINSTRETCH™ instructors are also certified Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialists (FRCms) which means they are able to identify biomechanics problems on participants efficiently and effectively during classes and can provide additional corrective exercises as needed in order to help improve performance and decrease the chances of injury. http://FunctionalAnatomySeminars.com
