Winter season is here and this is the best time for you to evaluate your clients.  This is the time of year to address problematic customers, and customers who always ask for free extras.  You also have a better understanding of how long each client’s property should take after working on them for while.  This is also a good time to evaluate your constant complainers.

On the other hand, you can also consider your good customers! It is a good idea to contact your good clients and let them know that you appreciate their business.
