Q: How to fill out a YNP Guaranteed Employment Offer for either worker program?

A: The employer and the applicant for the Yukon Nominee Program who is applying under the Skilled Worker or Critical Impact Worker programs should fill out a Guaranteed Employment Offer together. 
To fill out the form, the employer needs to provide information on his or her company, information on whether or not the employer provided any relocation and settlement assistance to the applicant, a short recruitment summary, information on the employment that's being offered to the applicant and information on how the employer learned about the Yukon Nominee Program. 
The applicant should provide personal and contact information. Both the employer and the applicant need to sign the offer.
