Variation of Iki10's jump, going to the forest colossus. I found it way easier to get the long jump from this position. The ground pound at the end of the jump is not necessary but prevents a really dumb thing where the game occasionally will have you land safely, lose no health and it still reset you. Works fine both with normal long jumps and the AB one. I always do AB because habits.
