This is a song I have been working on for over half a year. I wrote it in London and have kept adding lines of lyrics, tweaks in the melody and elements in the sound ever since. Writing music in this dark, alternative pop or rock genre is something I've always loved to do, so it's been a tough but fun project for me.

I was inspired for this song, and a few of my other ones, by Poets of the Fall. They have long been one of my favourite bands and their songs, such as 'Given and Denied', 'Sleep' and 'Heal My Wounds' have inspired my musicianship a lot.
