Mother's Day Oatmeal Stout 5.5 Gallons 1.068 O.G. 62 IBU's Grain 2# Pilsener Malt 8# Gambrinus ESB Malt 2# Toasted Oats 1# Chocolate Malt .5# Coffee Malt .5# Crystal 80l .25# Special B Hops 1.25oz Chinook (90 Min) 2oz "Yvon" (10 Min) - Homegrown hops of unknown origin Yeast Safale US-05 I attempted to be cute and try a no-sparge technique on this beer. It didn't work out so well efficiency wise and put me off by about 7 points on the starting gravity. Oh well, it'll be a good beer.
