EXCUSE ME HOW AMAZING IS THIS MOVIE?!
In all honesty I AM SO STRUCK BY THIS MOVIE'S EVERYTHING.

Let me explain myself, I am sick and whenever I am sick the only thing that keeps me alive apart from tissues and air and a giant scarf and my bed is a good movie.
And I chose King's Speech because I bought the DVD the exact day it came out but haven't even watched the movie ever before and not to this point.
OH ALL MY REGRETS!

THIS.MOVIE.DAMNIT.
KING COLIN. Why am I attracted to a handsome actor more than twice my age?? AH WAIT IT'S THE SUITS. AND THE FACE. AND THE CUTE. Why is he the cutest thing? BECAUSE HE IS (and that's coming from a Hiddlestoner!)

Erm I don't know what I can explain about the video because it's rather self-explanatory because the lyrics and shit.
Because the king always stood silent through it all BUT NOW HE HAS A VOICE AND A FRIEND AND IT MAKES ME CRY AGAIN, GO AWAY Y'ALL!!

by the way the song is epic as well and it has a gorgeous violin part in it, I RECOMMEND YOU TO LISTEN TO IT! I just cut it out because I didn't seem to fit that much and the movie was pretty much editing itself away and I didn't have any footage left to use for extra parts :)

His 'imperfection' makes him so much perfect it's unbearable. I think the British population at that time had every right to be proud of their king because of cause he did it for himself but he also did it for the people, learning to speak 'normal', always correcting himself, always trying so hard.
