WARNING: SOUND IS ON! Got these three educational voice messages recently. At first the first message really felt strange to listen to. Mostly because of the strong language used in it. But by the end I couldn’t stop laughing- my face actually hurt from grinning so hard. I know I should be offended but I can’t help it- it’s funny how much effort these people put into this series of voicemails it’s language other people from marginalized communities both visible and less visible experience daily. It causes fear. Distress. Depression. Self loathing. Even reasoning for one to not feel life is worth living. But when I hear someone say it to me personally I laugh. I smile. I just nod. Because they don’t know why I know- which is that they are in the presence of someone who truly cares about them. Who will hold them when they cry. Who will provide medical assistance should an accident occur within the same vicinity. Who will always advocate for their food shelter water and physical safety. When someone tries to tear me down, I just feel bad for them. Because they could be doing something they really love instead like eating snacks or frolicking outside. I just want to say to them “Stop hitting yourself. Stop hitting yourself. Stop hitting yourself!” I am not a threat. I am a person guaranteed to love You. Silly rabbit. #StopHittingYourself #educatedonthate #lovewins #lgbtq #genderqueer #genderfluid #nonbinary #iami #awkward #gigglesfordayyyyysssss 📹 Cameron Fall thanks for making me listen to them 😂😂😂
