we went skydiving in the most beautiful place in the world! The swiss alps - Interlaken! Two months ago I went on a 4 week Eurotrip with my friends and my boyfriend. We started in Norway, and mid trip we decided to go skydiving in Interlaken, Switzerland (the swiss alps!). I was so excited, but also really really nervous. Even though this was my 4th time skydiving, every time I go - I get nervous all over again. The day before, I usually start worrying, and it only gets more intense. But this time I tried to just see it differently, I channeled my fear into excitement - and did my best to let go of my nervousness and just relax and realize fate is mostly out of my hands - I also reminded myself how the last few times I went skydiving I barely got to enjoy it because I was worrying the whole time - I promised myself i'd take in every second. So I did, and I had one of the best experineces of my life, and I was high on life for the rest of the vacation. The crazy thing is once we landed, I felt like I could go right back up and do it again, without ANY fear - it just shows you how much worse we make everything we are afraid of than it actually is, so much that my worries were so debilitating I almost didn't want to go at all, and the actual experience was so perfect and uplifting I would do it again in a heart beat..
