On Saturday, Feb. 13, Sean Ochsenbein, a student at the Quillen College of Medicine at East Tennessee State University, was driving home through Elizabethton from a skiing trip when he came upon a car accident. Sean helped pull one of the victims from a burning vehicle to safety.
