Originally recorded March 3, 2017. Fresh baked, home made bread. Nothing better. I bought this Chef's Mark bread machine back in 2002, and I've had it ever since. We only use it a few times a year, but the bread is always delicious. The only thing that will top this bread is home made butter. A machine like this is absolutely genius. It has one job to do, and does it right every time! It mixes, kneads, rests, kneads again, and bakes. Completely takes all the work out of it. If you've ever made bread by hand, you know all about how much toil it actually is. I paid a paltry $30 for this machine, and it's currently 15 years old and still serving us well!
