[00:00:00] Today, we're in Green River Lake comments, in fact, the Green River Lake is about 3 miles that way. 8200 acres. It's really beautiful. You're about 1200 feet to maybe a thousand feet to Dollar General Brand New Dollar General that way. And then about a mile the town, this really nice community. It's a family. Community. So that means all ages. Today we've got a ridiculously clean house. This just came in. It's a 16 by 80. All electric, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath home. And I'm going to show to you now we're gonna put underpinning on. You're gonna have metal underpinning on here in our guys do an incredible job. Let me tell you, I deal with contractors all the time. I don't give them credit very often unless they do a great job and our guys do an amazing job on the underpinning discarding. Anyway, this house, I say it with a smile on my face. But it's so true. [00:01:05] All right. What does that mean to you? Just like it? No, he goes. It's the best house was overhead. Oh, come on. He goes, I'm serious. So and I have to agree with him. It really is nice. It's very open floor plan. The cabinets are like brand new. What happened was there was some kind of an issue. I don't remember. But insurance paid for all new cabinets for these people in this house. So the cabinets are like real cabinets. These are not mobile home cabinets. These are like real heavy duty cabinets. Got a 40-inch hood there. And it's like some kind of special hood. And sure, it was ten million dollars. I'll bet you that's no kidding. eBay has a 300 or 400-dollar hood, smooth top range. Get the pure water filter in it. Stainless steel sinks. We don't do appliances, but so we don't want that. We're just in the real estate business. But you’ve got beautiful fridge here and a pantry here for washer and dryer shelves and freezer area double patio doors. Anyway, I'm going to fly through this real quick. OK. I'm not going to run, but I'm going to fly through. Here's another big closet here. It goes right into that pantry. And here's the furnace. Got a brand new water heater. Check out this bathroom. Love it. Twin vanities.

[00:02:39] And I'm not going to say hello because I got the mirror, they're not going to do that because it's very corny. Even my kids say, Dad, come on, that's too corny. And then shower. She got the big, tub and the shower. Love that. Fly through here. Carpets like clean as a whistle. How smells clean. That's so important. You know, you get in somebody else's house and you're like, it doesn't smell like me. It doesn't smell clean. This house smells clean. Sincerely, I could move right in. The power's hooked up, but it's not on right now. So but anyway, it's just ultra-clean thing. Ultra clean hopper, a shower tub, shower.
