I am filming a Documentary called the Discover the Gorge to help promote the area and I have been setting up a time lapse camera in and around the gorge and happened to set it up on the white salmon bluffs the day before the fire and picked it up 2 days later. 
The footage appears to show the rail scrapers pass by at 10:25 they start a smaller fire and put it out then go back towards where the big fire started then leave the area minutes before the larger fire starts.
