🍜Slow Cooker Italian Wedding Soup
2-3 servings
Ingredients:
Half of a 12 oz bag of frozen meatballs
1/2c diced onion
½lb sliced carrots
1/2t garlic powder
1/2t onion powder
1/2t montreal steak seasoning 
1/2 head of Swiss chard sliced into ¼” ribbons
4t chicken bouillon granules
1/2T worcestershire sauce

Directions:
The night before cooking, move to fridge to thaw. Add contents of freezer bag to crock pot with 4 cups of water. When carrots are soft add couscous or acini de pepe and cook for an additional 30 minutes.

🌮Cool Ranch Shredded Chicken Tacos 
2-3 servings
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless chicken breast
1.5T olive oil
1T red wine vinegar 
1/2 envelope dry taco mix
1/2 envelope dry ranch dressing mix

Directions:
Add chicken into crock pot. With 1 cup water or chicken broth.
Cover and cook on low until chicken shreds easily.
Remove chicken and shred.
Serve on taco shells with toppings of your choice: cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, etc


🍛Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork Roast
2-3 servings
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs pork butt
1/2 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/8c honey
1/8c dried minced onion

Directions:
Thaw overnight before placing in slow cooker. Add to slow cooker until pork shreds easily with a fork.

1.5 lbs pork butt
1c barbecue sauce 

Directions:
Thaw overnight before placing in slow cooker. Add to slow cooker until pork shreds easily with a fork.
