Went to the Vegan/Vegetarian affair downtown and had a lot of samples. I have been fighting a weight problem for awhile and will probably go more vegetarian than I am at present. Have not had Red Meats for thirty years and Vegan to some is a little extreme, but maybe we are taking much longer catching up. Information was immense and quite informative. Set to music.
