My neighbors house had about 12-18 inches of flooding at the time this video was taken. Just a few hours later the water was at least 18 inches deeper. Not the worst flooding that the country has ever seen, but certainly the worst I had ever seen in Atlanta. This is the result of the Yellow River flowing over it's banks in Southern Gwinnett County.
