Okay, wow. Rarely do I buy a game, play only about 20 minutes and give out praise. But what I have played of this game so far is stunning! Hollow Knight is a kickstarter funded game from Team Cherry Games who have created this 2D Hand Crafted world for us to explore.

The animations are fluid and the gameplay stays at a solid 60FPS. The self-healing system is exciting and the power to regain soul by hitting enemies makes fights more strategic than one would initially think.

It's like if Dark Souls and Salt and Sanctuary had a baby and that baby happened to really like insects! A brilliant game so far, I cannot wait to finish this game and keep playing!
