I was to call it a day after being in Anime Expo for some time. After taking their picture, the guys covered in cardboard armor asked me to check out their battle outside of the south hall. Thought it'll be just regular fun but it was more surprising on how creative their weapons are made. They are composed of rolled up paper and taped together to shape the weapons. The saxophone player I was with for a while join the fun in providing background fighting music.
