(I originally started out making these fights for the now cancelled "Non Disney Villains War". I always meant to go back and finish the story, and have instead decided to convert it into it's own project.

Synopsis

In an outer colonies outpost, a Peacekeeper scientific team is attacked by an unknown life form...

On the planet Coruscant, the grand alliance; comprising of the Dominion, the Peacekeepers and the Goa'uld System Lords, meets to discuss the recent incursions into their space. Headed by the enigmatic Chancellor Palpatine, the council resolves to find out who is responsible. 

On Geonosis, Count Dooku rallies his allies in the Separatists to form the Confederacy of Independent Systems. 

Apophis investigates the recent attacks and is attacked by a Dalek fleet commanded by the Dalek Emperor himself. After a battle, he is overwhelmed and forced to flee. 

Zipcana, a rebel system lord, meets with Osiris and makes a proposal. 

Anubis, seeking an ancient artefact, launches an attack on the Separatist base on Geonosis. Though he does not find what he is looking for, he reveals himself to a shaken Count Dooku. 

Gul Dukat is confronted by the God-like Q. 

Hoping to try a more subtle tactic, Scorpius arranges a meeting with the Cult of Skaro, lead by Dalek Sec. Scorpius attempts to welcome to the Daleks to the alliance, but they refuse his offer. Though the Peacekeeper soldiers manage to overcome the Daleks, Sec teleports to safety. 

With the loss of Geonosis, Darth Sidious orders General Grievous to secure a new base for the Confederacy. Grievous journeys to Utapau, where he fends off a Predator. 

Scorpius pays Apophis a visit and attempts to manipulate him into a rash action. After their encounter, the Alliance presents a united front against the Dalek fleet, hoping to drive them back before they can make any more progress into Alliance space.
