I purchased this Racelogic VBox Sport performance meter to perform performance testing of various modification I do to the WRX. The Racelogic Vbox sport is supposed to be extremely accurate. Raclogic units are what most major car magazine use to test vehicles. 

It allows for testing of time to distance, or speed (ex. 60ft, 0-60, 30-70, 1/4 mile, etc.) in addition to braking testing, and track apps which can accurately time the distance and time around a circuit and speed through corners and straights. This is an excellent way to flexibly and accurately test your cars performance without constantly going to the track. 

The unit can be purchased for $400, and the mount for $50, or together for $445. Links are below.
