Vocal transition is totally normal and healthy for the voice. Most young boys and girls have at least some change in their voice. Many men find that their chest voice begins to expand and the break into head voice (or falsetto) becomes more obvious. Young women may find there are parts of their head voice that become less easy to access than when they were younger. So should you stop singing and wait for the storm to pass?
