Hours after taking oath, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath announced a loan waiver for farmers in the state. Under the scheme, loans upto Rs. 2 lakh will be waived at the cost of Rs. 18,000 crore to the state. But is that enough for farmers on the ground?
