Probably not new, but still pretty crazy that you can loop charged shotgun shots like this. It makes it so the meter penalty from using RC times out and you start getting back a LOT of meter. You can only loop it once though; proration seems to disallow looping a second time. You can get almost as much meter back without going for the charged shot extension, just do shotgun stance S into normal shots right away.
