Originally released on June 25th, 2003.  Marc Emery traveled to Toronto to speak at IDEA City 2003 on June 18th, 2003.  While in Toronto, Marc held a protest in front of Toronto Police HQ to make a point to the media that cannabis was legal in Ontario and to protest the chief of Toronto police's statements that they stopped charging people for possession but would continue to confiscate any marijuana they see.  These newsclips are from June 19th, 2003 from that protest.  This particular event could be considered the beginning of the Summer of Legalization Tour 2003.

Tim Meehan of the Ontario Consumers for Safe Access to Recreational Cannabis (OCSARC) sent in these clips of Marc at the first of the Prince of Pot's cross-counrty Smoke-Outs. Plus footage of Marc at the intelectual gathering known as IDEA City.
