Random The Series CARTOON TEST!

The following video is a test to see if I could possibly turn Random into a cartoon since I don't really have the time or resources available to continue doing stop motion. I still would like to do Random in its original format, but if I can't, then I need to find a way to continue it with some other method. This was actually something I had to do for a final project I did in my emerging media technologies class (TCOM 350) at Ball State University this semester. Basically, I've finally learned how to use most of the Adobe Creative Suite. What you see here is a project that started in Photoshop, then was animated in After Effects, and synced with audio in Final Cut Pro 7. I even created a website using Dreamweaver, which you can check out here: http://mtjacki.iweb.bsu.edu/web/ While I am pleased with the final result, I am definitely not considering this to be the final look for Random if I do in fact choose the cartoon route. I have a Wacom drawing tablet that I intend to put to good use, so I will make sure that if I do start cartoons that they won't be as rough as this. I have the Adobe Creative Suite, so I will make sure I get to know how to use all the other programs that are available before I set out to bring back Random for good. Random is not dead! It's coming! Please stick with me and have patience!
