Since 2004, I've been privileged to see a lot of great real estate deals and a ton of bad ones. Tonight, I'm going to cover some of my successes and failures in real estate. I'm also going to have a good friend of mine, Delawrence Johnson, share some of his stories as well. He's got a bunch!!!!
As I age, I'm learning that a man, or woman's, philosophy determines where they'll end up in life. The subtle actions we take over the years add up to a road ending in RICH or POOR. We've been blessed with our health so I understand that some simply can't do for themselves due to physical challenges, and it's our obligation to help those peeps as well. But for the rest of us, ending up poor shouldn't be in your future. We can look at what plan you're on and see where you'll end up.
