Amateur home movie.
Moscow and Leningrad now St Petersburg , Russia, Soviet Union, U.S.S.R. General views, the river. Parade or demonstration in a square.
From a hotel window,  below a line of buses drive along the road.  A man and woman talking by the river.  A ferry boat pulling in to moor .   Train going over a bridge.  A woman poses on the front of a boat.  A hydrofoil goes past.  A sailor talks with a woman, then a military ship with a large gun on it, a destroyer?  The rest of the ship, quite large with many guns, three men sit in a small dingy beside the ship.  Travelling shot going over the bridge, looking back at the ship.  A group of sailors taking pictures of a giant classical statue of a woman.  A group of women climb the stairs towards the monument as a sailor takes a picture of the monument.  Through a railing, one side of a draw bridge rises in the air. Three young men lie on the wall of the river sun bathing as the draw bridge rises higher and higher.  A map of the winter palace in St. Petersburg? or the Kremlin? .  The winter palace from the other side of the river.  Workers affix flag to the bridge in a heavy wind.  Workers paint a bridge. A demonstration outside the Palace/ Kremlin?  A march of plain clothes people, possibly a workers demonstration.  A march of the navy?  At the same time, in the same square?  Or just a group gathered.  Sailors in their uniforms watch the demonstration.  People gathered around the monument in the middle of the square.  A woman stands in front of a fountain in a garden of a large stately palace.  Another fountain.  Very foggy.  Water pouring down some rocks, a mother sits on the rocks holding a small baby, another child sits beside her.  A massive waterfall.  A baby gurgles and waves sitting in his/her basket on the rocks.  Water pours over the rocks, the baby again.  The other child stands on the rocks looking shy in front of the waterfall, she starts waving.  She pulls her mom away from the rocks at the bottom of the waterfall. The girl sits beside the baby.  Suzy or Amanda huntley? With the small girl at a highway lookout over a green lush valley.  They play in a river running down the hill.
